Ruteo — an operations system for delivery

Order intake, scheduling and route optimization, cash-on-delivery, a dispatcher cockpit and notifications with a tracking link for the recipient. Software built for how delivery actually works on the ground.

Delivery in Montenegro is still largely run through notebooks, chat messages and phone calls.

Orders get lost, routes are planned from memory, and at the end of the day no one knows exactly what was delivered, what was collected, and where the bottleneck is.

Ruteo changes that with one system that covers the whole journey of a parcel.

Where we started

FarmIQ began as an idea a small informal team gathered around — the founder, a childhood friend (today an ML engineer), and one more developer. We applied under the name FarmIQ to BoostMeUp 5, an ICT Tehnopolis incubator, and that's where we started. From that idea we grew and expanded into a broader range of services — software, machine learning and AI — while the agri domain stayed a long-term, parallel project we keep coming back to.
