FarmIQ is led by Blažo Đuranović. We build software as a small team with a senior standard and direct communication — no layers between you and the people writing the code.
How we started
FarmIQ began as an idea a small informal team gathered around — the founder, a childhood friend (today an ML engineer), and one more developer. We applied under the name FarmIQ to BoostMeUp 5, an ICT Tehnopolis incubator, and that's where we started.
The team today
Alongside the founder, software is built by a partner — an ML engineer — and a junior developer. The team is deliberately small and deliberately flexible: collaboration runs through project contracts rather than layers of full-time employment, so the team's shape adapts to the workload instead of work waiting on the team.

How we work
FarmIQ today runs a hybrid model: part of our revenue comes from client services (software, ML, design), and part from our own products — mainly Ruteo. The two sides feed each other — what we learn building our own product goes into client work, and back again.

Everything we recommend to clients, we test on our own ground first.
