Problem
Delivery in Montenegro is still largely run through notebooks, chat messages and phone calls. Orders get lost, routes are planned from memory, and at the end of the day no one knows exactly what was delivered, what was collected, or where the bottleneck is.
Approach
Ruteo doesn't plan a route once and stop. It intercepts changes through the day — new orders, cancellations, a customer who isn't there — and re-plans the whole fleet's routes on its own. The driver just drives.
